@Make 'pkg_add -r ncftp' now refer to ncftp3.  The ncftp3 binary is now
installed as `bin/ncftp'.  This behavior can be changed by building with
INSTALL_AS_NCFTP3 for ncftp3; and INSTALL_AS_NCFTP for ncftp & ncftp2.
