@All ports depending on the nettle library have been updated
to use nettle 2.0, and there is no longer any reason to keep
separate ports for nettle versions 1.x and 2.x.

less any context: In crypto toolkits for object-oriented languages (C++,
Python, Pike, ...), in applications like LSH or GNUPG, or even in kernel
space.
